Handyhand Acquires Shouter
Acquisition brings 180,000 new members to Handyhand, bringing total users past 500,000 in Denmark.
Handyhand has acquired Shouter and welcomes "180,000 new members to the Handyhand family, which now surpasses 500,000 users in Denmark." This marks Handyhand's second acquisition, following its purchase of Happy Helper last year. According to Handyhand, the acquisition "strengthens our mission to create Denmark's largest and most helpful marketplace for local services."
