Strong First Half Year in the Heymate Family

We are pleased to report strong first-half performance with double-digit growth rates on both top and bottom line. Revenue increased 20% year-over-year, while profit grew 17%, with multiple business records set across all operations.

Key developments during the period included:

• Sale of eBlaztr shares following three years of involvement

• Acquisition of cleaning platform Happy Helper

• Launch of energy company Zapp

• New marketplace launch within Bazoom Group

• Rebranding of Bilhandel to Pace Group
